We all had a guess as to how many quarts we would end up with. Dee won with 14 quarts which means we had about 60 pounds of tomatoes!!

We went to the local Labor Day festival in the morning and then home to can the sauce

Cooking the sauce

We cooked the sauce outside so it would not heat up the house. We also had a nice bottle of wine breathing to enjoy when the hard work was done
