First snowman

Sunday morning in Reno brought snow. Greyson and his Dad made his first snowman. Greyson had to taste the snow to make sure it was good enough for their snowman.

Another Move

Went out this weekend to help Colleen and Dustin pack up for their move to VA, made some progress. While we were working the boys were watching their favorite shows.

Finally a nice sunny day

Today has been a beautiful day and everyone has been out enjoying it. Rosie and Nugget are feeling good about it too

What is wrong with this picture?

Do you see the lovely blue sky and sun??? Do you see the fog below? What is wrong.... I have to leave the blue sky and sun and drive into the fog (that lasts all day) to work...terrible!!!

Blue birds

Last year we had a pair of Blue birds nest in a decorative bird house. It was not water proof and as a result their 5 babies died. I was so heart broken that Colleen gave me this wonderful real bird house for Christmas. As you can see we have a pair Blue birds checking out the possibilities

Truman stayed with us while his Mon and Dad were on vacation. This is after a day of running with the BIG dogs

The Flock

The ever changing flock

During the winter we have lots of critters in and out of our backyard.  More birds then you can count and of course the squirrels.  Today we spotted a squirrel eating at the squirrel proof bird feeder and a pair of Acorn Woodpeckers.

The new addition to the flock. We got Rosie at the SPCA and she is a wonderful kitty. We are slowly introducing her to the rest of the family
