The cheese stands alone

Here is the cheese after it comes out of the press. It drys for 3 days then gets waxed, and goes in the cellar for aging

  2. It does look good. Perfect to go on the rye bread. I will post that on the blog so others can drool too. Your dad says a beer is more better and of course a slice of onion.
