I made cheese today!

I made cheese today. It was pretty simple and the results were great. I will try aged cheddar next.

    I will vouch for just how great the cheese came out(lucky me). Now I have to make a cheese press for the cheddar

    You have to have some one older then you to make aged cheddar!
